Hotel manual and rules

Welcome to our hotel where respect is our first rule. Please respect your fellow guests and the following rules:

• It is your obligation to have a good time 😉
• Nudism is mandatory in all the hotel
• Rinse and remove sunscreen before to get in the pool
• For hygiene, always use a towel to sit or lie down anywhere
• Visitor’s Day Passes are available from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• The pool is open until 10pm
• Visits in private rooms are allowed but not in dormitories. A Day Pass will be charged for the use of the common parts and/or an extra night in case of stay
• Drinks in the common area must be purchased from the bar. Your own drinks are allowed in your private room or terrace
• We have provided safes in the rooms for your convenience (in case of lock at night, only a manager will be able to open it the next day), we remind you that we take no responsibility for theft of personal belongings
• To preserve Zipolite, save water
• Turn air conditioners and fans off when leaving your room
• Towels and sheets are changed every 3 nights
• Hair dryer, iron and coffee maker are available at the reception
• A complete kitchen kit is available at reception (only rooms with kitchen)
• You will be charged for lost or damaged towels, keys or room items

• No photos or videos without prior consent
• No sexual acts or exhibitionism in common parts
• No personal speakers/radios. The hotel has great music playing all day
• No noise after 10 p.m.
• No glassware or outside drinks in the common areas
• No candles
• No drugs (You will be asked to leave immediately without reimbursement and the local police will be notified)
